We offers private cooking classes with our team of professional chefs. The focus is on an active participation so we keep group sizes small (2-10 persons). During the class itself you will be provided with your own workstation as you enjoy the challenge of producing Vietnamese foods.

In the Kitchen
09.15: At Highway4 get kitted out in your chef's outfit whilst our chef talks you through today's dishes. Then our chef will lead you through each dish, giving you plenty of opportunity to get involved and try your hand at reproducing the flavours. 11.15: Dine on the dishes you have just prepared. We will also supply you with a recipe booklet containing all the information you need to reproduce an authentic taste back home. 12.00: Farewell
