VB048: DAILY COOKING TOUR IN HA NOI
We offers private cooking classes with our team of professional chefs. The focus is on an active participation so we keep group sizes small (2-10 persons). During the class itself you will be provided with your own workstation as you enjoy the challenge of producing Vietnamese foods.
The Market tour
08.00: Meet our guide and take a short cyclo trip through Hanoi’s legendary Old Quarter.
08.20: The market tour will give you an insight not just into the scents and flavours of Vietnamese herbs and spices but also market culture – how to bargain and where to buy your goods. The market place is the core of Vietnamese society.
09.00: Transfer to Highway4 Restaurant by taxi
In the Kitchen
09.15: At Highway4 get kitted out in your chef’s outfit whilst our chef talks you through today’s dishes. Then our chef will lead you through each dish, giving you plenty of opportunity to get involved and try your hand at reproducing the flavours.
11.15: Dine on the dishes you have just prepared. We will also supply you with a recipe booklet containing all the information you need to reproduce an authentic taste back home.
12.00: Farewell
